All bookings are Saturday - Saturday in high season but other durations can be available from October to March. Short breaks will also be considered.

After you request a booking we will make sure the property is available for the dates you have chosen.

If more than one week is booked there will be a reduction of £20 for each extra week.

If the application for accommodation is received by the owner 12 weeks or more from the date of the intended let then 30% of the full amount payable in respect of the lettings is due, the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the first date of the proposed letting.
If the application for accommodation is received by the owner 12 weeks or less from the date of the intended let then 100% of the full amount payable in respect of the whole letting period is due.
